The longer the ramp, the less likely it is to drag or scrape. Ideally we have the perfect mixture of length and angle. I think using the ramps you were looking at # RR-RACK-4 won't be enough length and too much angle. The ramps you were looking at are only 27-1/2 inches long and have a 8.8 degree angle. That's a little too much angle over too short of a length so for sure prevent any scraping. The appearance package in question includes some additional parts on the exterior that would prevent the Curt trailer hitch # C11028 from being installed. From what I could find, the grand touring edition doesn't have this. But to be sure you may want to inquire with a Mazda dealer.

Since you said you want the best possible ground clearance without sacrificing quality the best option you'll have is the Saris SuperClamp EX part # SA4025F. This rack has a shank rise of 5 inches and the wheel trays support the wheels from the bottom of the tire so none of the tire would pass through it at all. A great choice would be the Swagman Titan, part # S63400. The rack features sturdy rubber straps to secure the bikes to the rack, anti-sway cradles that prevent the bikes from swinging back and forth and striking each other or the rear of the vehicle and an integrated cable lock to deter theft. We have what you would need to make the adapter you would need, but we don't sell one ready to go.
What you will first need is the # PK12720 for your trailer to plug into, next you will need a signal converter to take the combined signal of your Jeep's 4-way to the separate signal of your trailer. For that you would want the # C56196. Lastly, you would need # HM48110 for a 4-way to plug into the Jeep 4-way.

I do have a solution for you, however there is not currently an adapter available that will allow the 4-way on your 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata to connect with the Bushtec 6-Way flat on your trailer.
